While Project K4’s independent federal tax-exemption application is pending, KMKK acts as its fiscal sponsor, providing necessary administrative, tax-deductible grant management, and compliance oversight. Under this temporary arrangement, all of Project K4’s intellectual property—including its proprietary D.R.I.V.E. framework and specialized curricula—remains strictly its own, ensuring both entities preserve their organizational independence.
